Itinerary

Day 01

You are brought to Negombo after arriving in Sri Lanka. The city’s wonders such as the Dutch Fort and the eternal St. Mary’s Church are wonderful places to visit.

Travel to Polonnaruwa to start your journey. On the way, you can stop at a few places to see Sri Lanka’s historic sites. In order to see the elephants make a stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Sanctuary. See the Sigiriya Rock Fortress when you stop in Sigiriya. Get to Polonnaruwa where you will spend the night at last.

This is the third day to explore this historic city. Following the collapse of Anuradhapura, it served as Sri Lanka’s second capital. Discover the ancient temples and ruins that date back hundreds of years. Travel to Kandy from Polonnaruwa where you can unwind at your hotel.

On the fourth day, explore Kandy and marvel at its magnificent and ancient architecture. Explore the architecture and artefacts of the Temple of the Tooth Relic. Experience the splendour of nature by visiting Peradeniya Gardens.

Visit Nuwara Eliya to explore the tea plantations and factories. Take a boat ride through Gregory Lake and engage in water sports. Return to Kandy for the night.

Depart Kandy and head for the Southern Region of Sri Lanka. Arrive in your lodging and rest to get ready for the adventures of the next day.

Explore the Southern Coast. Visit the Galle Dutch Fort, known for its long history and amazing preservation, earning it the title of Asia’s best-preserved sea fort. Visit the lighthouse near the coast and enjoy its wealth of beauty. Visit the beach where you can enjoy the sun and the waves, or go snorkelling through the marine areas.

The final destination of this journey is Colombo, on the Western Coast of Sri Lanka. You can enjoy cultural delights, historic landmarks, street food and lively night culture in this city.

Depart Colombo and head to the airport to leave Sri Lanka with many memories.
